Day 17 17th January – asian cuisine

One of the boxes on my bucket list, securing the #1 spot, is to travel the world (honestly anywhere will do) to experience flavours and tastes of different nations. Tonight we pretended to be in China, enjoying the flavours of the street markets and the busyness of the locals. The spices tingling our tongues, the crispness of the fried food crackling in our mouths and the chilli dipping sauce as bright as flowing lava.


But let’s face it, some days all you need is anything deep fried, regardless of its origin.
